Hi, I’m Juanita Restrepo. My mission is to inspire people to be authentic and true to themselves by providing them with tools that allow them to explore who they are and cultivate balance and holistic well-being.
I also guide them on their journey toward a fulfilling life, helping them achieve harmony between mind, body, and spirit.
My background combines a degree in Business Administration with specialized wellness certifications, including a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, and a certification as an Integrative Nutrition and Wellness Coach, complemented by studies in Design.
Hi, I’m Ale Befeler. I am Mexican, 33 years old, and for 8 years I have had the privilege of sharing yoga practices and retreats around the world.
My passion is combining the ancestral wisdom of yoga with a contemporary understanding of the body and emotions, creating safe, transformative spaces for connection—to raise awareness, integrate body–mind–spirit, reflect, and provide new tools for living a fuller, happier life.

*Please note that La Loma is one of the highest hills in all of Bocas del Toro, at just under 70m. Some of the Bungalows and the Main Lodge have steep walks and hills. Our high elevations could be hazardous for kids and elders. If you have any mobility issues, please contact us so we can recommend which Bungalow will be best for you.
